My promo code isn't working. What should I do?

A few things to check:

• Promo codes can only be redeemed on everand.com — they can't be applied through the iOS or Android app stores.
• Your code is a one-time code sent to the email address it was sent to. If you shared that code with someone else and they redeemed it first, the code will no longer work.
• Promo codes are for new Everand subscribers only. If you already have an active Everand plan, contact our support team at support@fable.co and we'll help find the right path for you.
• Codes are valid through April 30, 2026
